The Builder

Built by a Racer.
For Racers.

Duane doesn't just build sim rigs — he races them. Every design decision comes from thousands of hours behind the wheel.

Founder & Builder

Meet Duane.

Duane is a professional-level sim racer who turned his obsession into South Africa's premier sim rig workshop. What started as building the perfect rig for himself became Simcade — the go-to name for serious sim racers across SA.

Based in Cape Town, every rig leaves his workshop with his personal stamp of approval. He doesn't delegate quality control. He is quality control.

From Thrustmaster repairs to full motion platform builds, from kart simulators to flight cockpits — if it's sim hardware, Duane has built it, broken it, fixed it, and made it faster.

“I build rigs I'd race in myself. That's the only standard that matters.”

— Duane, Founder of Simcade

How We Build

Engineering Philosophy.

01

Steel Over Aluminium

Every Simcade cockpit is welded from high-grade steel. Zero flex. Zero compromise. Your wheel input goes straight to the sim.

02

Sub-1mm Tolerances

Mounting positions are machined, not drilled freehand. Your pedal box sits exactly where the data says it should.

03

Built to Be Modified

Every rig ships with adjustment rails and universal mounts. As your setup evolves, your rig evolves with it.

04

Tested Under Load

Every build gets a full stress test before delivery. Duane races in it first. If it doesn't feel right, it doesn't ship.
